Dry Van Company Driver (W2) - Arlington, TX
Are you a CDL-A driver looking for a fulfilling independent contractor position that offers excellent pay and modern equipment? American Trucking Group is hiring W2 Dry Van drivers, offering refrigerated routes across all 48 states and substantial earning potential.
Home Time:
- 3-4 weeks on the road with 4-5 days off at home, allowing for quality family time and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Operate a 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia truck, complete with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts for optimal comfort during extended tours.
No Touch Freight:
- Work with 100% no-touch refrigerated freight across all 48 states, including specialized routes on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest.
Pay and Miles:
- Enjoy an average weekly pay of $1,600 to $1,800 with a $0.60 CPM and $50 stop pay. A sign-on bonus of $1,500 is offered, paid out at $150 weekly for the first 10 weeks, plus a year-end profit share bonus of 10%.
Running Area:
- OTR routes covering all 48 states, providing diverse opportunities for refrigerated freight to maximize your earnings.
Benefits:
- This 1099 independent contractor role includes a passenger policy for those over 18 at no cost and a pet policy with a $500 refundable deposit based on truck condition.
