Home Time: Typically out 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, but two-week stretches may occur. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-kept and no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads operate with 70% drop and hook, minimizing dock wait times. 100% no-touch freight primarily consists of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on hiring location, driving 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. Our base rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers potentially covering up to 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first of the month following 60 days. Vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program are also available. After 90 days, you qualify for dedicated accounts.
