Based in Bristol, CT, join HMD's fleet as an OTR solo CDL-A Dry Van driver running nationwide lanes. You’ll haul long-distance freight while following scheduled long-haul rotations.

What you’ll do:

Operate late-model dry van tractors (under 3 years) equipped with APUs, inverters, and sleepers.
Deliver freight safely and on time across interstate OTR routes.
Maintain accurate logs, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and complete electronic paperwork.

Requirements & pay:

Valid CDL-A and a minimum of 12 months verifiable experience.
Pay starts at 65¢/mile with weekly averages around 2,500 miles, plus safety, clean-inspection and referral bonuses.
Home approximately every two weeks, backed by in-house maintenance and full benefits (health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k)).
