Work long-haul dry van routes for HMD out of Brockton, MA. This solo OTR role emphasizes safe freight transport, compliant logkeeping, and maintaining high on-time performance across interstate lanes.

What you'll do:

Operate company dry van tractors on multi-state hauls, following DOT and company safety guidelines.
Perform and document pre/post-trip inspections; report maintenance needs to in-house teams.
Communicate with dispatch to manage schedules and customer interactions.

Requirements & compensation:

CDL-A and at least 12 months verifiable driving experience.
Starting pay 65 CPM with ~2,500 weekly miles average, plus safety, inspection and referral bonuses. Modern trucks under 3 years, APUs/inverters/sleepers, biweekly home time, and full benefits.
