Join our team as a Dry Van Company Driver in Cedar Falls, IA. We are in search of experienced drivers ready to cover all 48 states with consistent routes and excellent pay.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay rate: $0.67 cpm W2
• Average weekly take-home: $1500.00 - $1800.00
• Fleet of 2023 & newer Cascadias, limited to 70 MPH
• Weekly direct deposit paychecks
• Work schedule of 3 weeks on, 1 week off
• Pet-friendly with no additional fees
• Passengers over 18 years welcome with a $30 weekly charge

Experience a transparent pay structure with no escrow or weekly deductions. You will be paid per mile driven, both loaded and empty, with weekly deposits. We handle your flight and hotel for the necessary road test and orientation.
