OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Cherry Hill, NJ by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Join HMD Trucking operating out of Cherry Hill, NJ on solo OTR dry-van runs that move freight coast to coast. Drivers average around 2,500 miles weekly with competitive pay beginning at 65 CPM and incentives for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals. Fleet tractors are under three years old and equipped with APUs, inverters, and sleepers, plus in-house maintenance to keep you rolling.
What you'll do:
- Operate CDL-A dry van equipment on scheduled long-haul routes.
- Complete accurate pre/post-trip inspections and maintain required logs.
- Protect cargo and meet delivery windows while following DOT and company safety procedures.
A valid CDL-A and minimum 12 months’ driving experience are required. Drivers return home every two weeks and receive full benefits.
