Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description
Run nationwide dry-van lanes while operating out of Chicago, IL for a driver-first carrier. HMD provides strong mileage pay starting at 65 CPM, weekly averages near 2,500 miles, plus bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections and referrals.
Responsibilities:
- Operate late-model dry-van tractors (under 3 years) equipped with sleepers, APUs and inverters.
- Complete OTR routes, maintain accurate logs, and deliver freight on schedule while meeting DOT and company safety standards.
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and coordinate repairs with reliable in-house maintenance.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months verifiable driving experience.
- Professional conduct, safety focus, and a clean driving history.
