OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Clinton, MS by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Operating from Clinton, MS, HMD Trucking invites experienced OTR solo CDL-A drivers to run dry van freight coast to coast. Drivers use modern tractors (under three years) fitted with sleepers, APUs and inverters and receive dependable in-house maintenance. Pay begins at 65¢/mile with weekly averages near 2,500 miles and added bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections and driver referrals.
Daily responsibilities:
- Safely transport freight across long-haul routes and meet delivery windows.
- Complete required logs, inspections and load paperwork.
- Communicate load updates with dispatch.
Qualifications & advantages:
- CDL-A and minimum 12 months’ experience required.
- Home every two weeks, comprehensive benefits, PTO and 401(k).
