Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Council Bluffs, IA
Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an independent contractor role with competitive pay and top-quality equipment? At American Trucking Group, we offer 1099 positions with refrigerated routes across all 48 states, ensuring substantial earning potential. Experience the freedom of independent contracting with competitive compensation and profit-sharing opportunities.
Home Time:
- 3-4 weeks on the road, followed by 4-5 days at home, ensuring a balance between earning and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts designed for comfort during long hauls.
No Touch Freight:
- Enjoy 100% no-touch refrigerated freight operations across all 48 states, including specialized routes on the East Coast and Pacific Northwest.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings between $1,600 and $1,800 weekly, with a rate of $0.60 CPM plus an additional $50 stop pay. A sign-on bonus of $1,500 is available, paid as $150 weekly for the first 10 weeks, along with a 10% profit share bonus at year-end.
Running Area:
- OTR routes covering all 48 states, providing diverse refrigerated freight opportunities for maximizing your earning potential, especially in specialized East Coast and Pacific Northwest routes.
Benefits:
- 1099 independent contractor position with a passenger policy for those aged 18 and older at no cost. A pet policy is also available with a refundable $500 deposit based on truck condition upon return.
