Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights at home

Join HMD Trucking’s Dallas-based OTR Dry Van team, running reliable freight lanes across the nation alongside your driving partner.
Core Responsibilities:
- Transport dry van freight safely and punctually
- Maintain electronic logs and comply with FMCSA regulations
- Perform thorough pre- and post-trip checks
- Communicate effectively with your teammate and dispatch
Operate late-model tractors (under 3 years) equipped with APU, inverter, and sleeper berth. Return home every two weeks and take advantage of comprehensive health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) plans within a safety-focused, supportive environment.
