Team OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Danbury, CT by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

Responsibilities:
- Deliver freight safely across the U.S.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections
- Keep accurate records and communicate with dispatch
Driver Perks: Late-model tractors with APUs, inverters and comfortable sleepers. Benefit from in-house maintenance support, a starting 77 ¢/mile split, weekly mileages around 5,000 miles, plus safety and referral bonuses. Return home every two weeks and receive health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k) coverage.
