Drive for HMD's national dry-van OTR team operating out of Dubuque, running long-haul lanes across the country. You'll be assigned late-model tractors with sleepers, APUs and inverters, and supported by an in-house maintenance crew to maximize uptime.

Your responsibilities:

Safely move dry van freight on scheduled national routes.
Complete accurate logs, pre/post-trip inspections and all required paperwork.
Coordinate with dispatch and adhere to DOT and company safety standards.

Requirements & compensation:

Valid CDL-A with at least 12 months verifiable experience.
Strong mileage pay starting at 65 CPM, weekly averages near 2,500 miles, performance bonuses and a full benefits package with home time every two weeks.
