Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Eden Prairie, MN
HMD Trucking is actively seeking skilled OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers for nationwide freight transportation. We provide excellent mileage compensation starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly mileage averaging around 5,000 miles, and additional bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, referrals, and more.

Requirements:
- Must possess a valid CDL A license.
- At least 12 months of driving experience required.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
