Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an independent contractor role with excellent pay and modern equipment? American Trucking Group is hiring Dry Van Company Drivers (W2) in Elizabeth, NJ.

Home Time:

• Spend 3-4 weeks on the road, followed by 4-5 days at home, allowing for extended earnings while also making time for family.

Equipment:

• Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks, equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts for your comfort during long hauls.

No Touch Freight:

• Enjoy 100% no-touch refrigerated freight operations across all 48 states, including routes on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest.

Pay and Miles:

• Average earnings of $1,600 to $1,800 weekly, with a pay structure of $0.60 CPM and $50 for each stop.
• A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available, paid at $150 weekly for the first 10 weeks, plus a 10% profit share bonus at year-end.

Running Area:

• Operate OTR covering all 48 states with diverse refrigerated freight opportunities, including specialized routes for maximum earnings.

Benefits:

• This is a 1099 independent contractor position with a passenger policy for drivers over 18 at no extra cost. A pet policy is also available with a refundable $500 deposit based on truck condition upon return.
