Team OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Fairfield, CT by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split

- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Orientation Pay: $150

Role Overview:
- Manage long-haul deliveries safely and punctually
- Perform detailed pre- and post-trip inspections
- Keep accurate records and coordinate with dispatch
What You’ll Enjoy: Late-model tractors under three years old with APUs, inverters and sleeper cabs, plus in-house maintenance support. A 77 CPM split rate, weekly averages of 5,000 miles, safety and referral bonuses. Home every two weeks alongside a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k).
