Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights at home

Core Responsibilities:
- Safely transport dry van shipments coast to coast
- Maintain ELD logs and meet hours-of-service rules
- Conduct detailed pre- and post-trip safety inspections
- Coordinate with co-driver and dispatch for seamless operations
Operate modern under-three-year tractors featuring APU, inverter, sleeper berth, and dedicated maintenance. Return home bi-weekly and benefit from health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) plans within a driver-first, safety-focused company.
