Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Galveston, TX

Home Time:

Usually out 1-2 weeks, depending on location and freight.
We strive for weekly home time, although some drivers may have 2-week stints.
Work schedule is Monday through Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment:

Our fleet is well-kept, featuring trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, assuming responsibility for secured parking.

No Touch Freight:

All dry van loads involve 70% drop and hook operations, significantly reducing dock waiting time.
Enjoy 100% no-touch freight primarily composed of automotive loads for smooth operations.

Pay and Miles:

Average earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 weekly based on hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles per week.
Base pay rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for reaching 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area:

Primarily east of I-35, with opportunities for dedicated drivers to achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits:

Health insurance coverage starts on the first of the month following a 60-day waiting period.

Eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
