Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Hammond, IN
DBS Laredo is seeking experienced Solo CDL A drivers to become part of our esteemed dry van fleet in Hammond. We provide our drivers with steady freight, competitive pay, and dependable home time while fostering a supportive work environment.

Key Duties:
- Drive safely and adhere to all traffic regulations.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch.
Experience Required:
- Valid CDL A certification.
- Prior truck driving experience.
- Commitment to safety and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
