Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Operating out of Hampton, VA, this OTR dry van opportunity runs coast-to-coast freight with a focus on consistent mileage and safety. Drivers are expected to deliver freight reliably, maintain records, and work with dispatch to optimize routes.
Compensation & Equipment:
- Competitive pay beginning at 65 CPM with typical weekly averages around 2,500 miles; bonus programs reward safe driving and clean inspections.
- Modern equipment (under 3 years) including APUs, inverters and sleepers, plus in-house maintenance support.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections, secure loads, and follow company safety procedures.
- Ensure timely, professional deliveries.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months of driving experience.
