Team OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Horn Lake, MS by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute routes together with your co-driver
- Uphold all FMCSA and company safety standards
- Conduct detailed vehicle inspections before and after trips
- Document mileage and maintenance issues accurately
Company Advantages: Late-model trucks under three years old featuring APUs, inverters, and sleeper cabs. 77¢/mile split pay, approximately 5,000 miles weekly, plus bonuses for safe operations and referrals. Biweekly home time along with health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) benefits.
