Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description
Drive nationwide dry-van freight for a driver-focused carrier operating out of Iowa City. You’ll run solo OTR lanes in late-model tractors (under 3 years) equipped with APUs, inverters and comfortable sleepers, backed by dependable in-house maintenance support.
What you’ll do:
- Safely move dry van loads across regional and national routes while maintaining logbooks and delivery paperwork.
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections, report defects and coordinate with maintenance.
- Communicate with dispatch to keep schedules and on-time deliveries.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months verifiable driving experience.
Compensation starts at 65 CPM with weekly mileage expectations, safety and referral bonuses, and full benefits including health and 401(k).
