Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights at home

Partner on coast-to-coast Dry Van runs with HMD Trucking in Irving, TX, as part of a skilled two-person CDL A team delivering freight safely.
Core Responsibilities:
- Transport dry van freight efficiently and securely
- Maintain accurate ELD records and comply with FMCSA standards
- Complete thorough pre- and post-trip inspections
- Coordinate operations with your co-driver and dispatch
Operate under-three-year tractors equipped with APU, inverter, and sleeper berth with in-house maintenance support. Return home every two weeks and access health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) benefits in a driver-focused environment.
