Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Lancaster, PA
Become a part of Kay Agency as a Dry Van Company Driver in Lancaster, PA. We are looking for experienced OTR Hazmat drivers to operate across 48 states, ensuring consistent miles and pay.

- Pay rate: $0.67 cpm W2 with an average weekly take-home of $1500.00 - $1800.00
- Weekly paychecks with direct deposit, no escrow or deductions
- Schedule: 3 weeks on the road and 1 week at home
- Equipment: 2023 & newer Cascadias, governed at 70 MPH
- We cover travel and accommodation for your road test and orientation
- Pet-friendly with no extra charges
- Passengers over 18 years cost $30 weekly
Requirements:
- Must have a valid CDL-A with Hazmat endorsement
- At least 2 years of verifiable driving experience
- Clean driving history required
