Home Time: Drivers typically work out for 1-2 weeks, depending on location and freight availability. We strive for weekly home time, though two-week periods can occur. Our schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with the responsibility of secured parking.

No Touch Freight: We handle all dry van loads through 70% drop and hook operations, which significantly reduces dock waiting times. Our freight is 100% no-touch, mainly comprising automotive loads to ensure efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Drivers can average between $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week, based on their hiring location, with weekly mileage ranging from 2,500 to 2,800. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, along with a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes primarily cover areas east of I-35, allowing dedicated drivers the potential to reach up to 3,000 miles per week. Reliable freight lanes guarantee consistent mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month after 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Drivers qualify for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
