OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Martinsburg, WV by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Primary responsibilities:
- Safely deliver dry van shipments across regional and national routes in compliance with DOT and company standards.
- Keep accurate driver logs, delivery documentation and perform thorough vehicle inspections.
- Coordinate with dispatch for routing, load updates and maintenance reporting.
Drivers operate modern trucks (under three years) with APUs, inverters and sleepers and benefit from in-house maintenance. Pay starts at 65 CPM with average weekly miles near 2,500 plus safety and referral bonuses. Candidates need a CDL-A and at least 12 months verifiable experience; biweekly home time and full benefits are provided.
