Requirements

  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
  • No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

  • CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)

Vacancy Description

Be part of HMD Trucking’s McKinney OTR Dry Van team, teaming up to deliver freight nationwide with efficiency and reliability.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Safely haul dry van freight across varied geographies
  • Record hours precisely with ELD and comply with regulations
  • Perform thorough vehicle inspections before and after trips
  • Coordinate logistics with your co-driver and dispatch

Operate under-three-year tractors equipped with APU, inverter, sleeper berth, backed by in-house maintenance. Return home every two weeks and access health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) benefits in a supportive, safety-driven culture.
