Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Operate long‑haul dry van freight nationwide from Meridian, MS with a driver-focused carrier. Run OTR routes with dependable freight and mileage pay starting at 65 CPM, averaging about 2,500 miles weekly, plus bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
What you’ll do:
- Safely operate modern tractors (under 3 years) equipped with APUs, inverters, and sleepers.
- Complete timely deliveries, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and keep dispatch informed.
- Maintain basic care for your truck; reliable in-house maintenance support provided.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL‑A and a minimum of 12 months verifiable experience.
Drivers return home every two weeks and receive full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k).
