Team OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Milwaukee, WI by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)

- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights at home

With an average of 5,000 miles per week, drivers start at 77¢ per mile split and earn bonuses for safe operations and clean inspections. Our fleet features trucks under three years old, complete with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleepers, supported by our in-house maintenance crew.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute team-driven long-haul deliveries nationwide
- Uphold federal and state regulations
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections
