Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Mission, TX
HMD Trucking is actively seeking experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers for nationwide freight operations. We offer an attractive starting mileage pay of 77 CPM Split and weekly averages of approximately 5,000 miles, along with bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, referrals, and more.
Our Offerings Include:
- Modern trucks that are less than 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and spacious sleepers.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support to keep you on the road.
- Home every three weeks, with a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL A license.
- At least 12 months of OTR driving experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
