OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Naperville, IL by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Haul dry-van freight nationwide while based in Naperville, IL for a driver-centered carrier. HMD pays from 65 CPM with weekly averages near 2,500 miles and offers bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections and referrals.
Responsibilities:
- Operate late-model dry-van tractors (under 3 years) equipped with sleepers, APUs and inverters.
- Execute OTR trips, maintain accurate logs, and deliver freight on schedule in compliance with DOT regulations.
- Conduct pre/post-trip checks and report issues to the company’s in-house maintenance team.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months verifiable driving experience.
- Strong safety orientation, professionalism, and a clean driving history.
Drivers receive reliable freight, home every two weeks, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO and a 401(k).
