OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Olive Branch, MS by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Run OTR dry van freight nationwide while based in Olive Branch, MS for a safety-focused fleet. You’ll haul consistent loads with mileage pay beginning at 65 CPM, typical weekly averages near 2,500 miles, and bonus opportunities for safe driving and clean inspections.
Daily responsibilities:
- Operate late-model tractors (under 3 years) with APUs, inverters, and sleepers.
- Ensure on-time deliveries, conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections, and communicate with dispatch.
- Report equipment needs to in-house maintenance for fast turnaround.
Requirements:
- CDL‑A and at least 12 months of verifiable driving experience.
