OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Passaic, NJ by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Run nationwide dry-van freight operating from Passaic, NJ with HMD Trucking. You’ll work solo OTR lanes in modern tractors, averaging roughly 2,500 miles weekly, with pay starting at 65 CPM and additional safety and referral bonuses. Equipment is under three years old and includes APUs, inverters, and sleepers, supported by dependable in-house maintenance to minimize downtime.
What you'll do:
- Safely operate a CDL-A dry van tractor on long-haul routes across the U.S.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain driver logs and paperwork.
- Deliver freight on schedule while complying with DOT rules and company safety standards.
Applicants must hold a CDL-A and have at least 12 months’ verifiable experience. Home every two weeks and comprehensive benefits are provided.
