OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Rockville, MD by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Operate long-haul dry-van freight out of Rockville, MD for HMD Trucking as a solo OTR driver. Key responsibilities include safe, timely delivery of loads, thorough pre/post-trip inspections, accurate logkeeping, and proactive coordination with dispatch and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company dry-van tractor-trailers on interstate lanes.
- Perform inspections, report issues, and work with in-house maintenance to keep equipment road-ready.
- Maintain trip records and communicate ETA changes to dispatch.
Requirements:
- CDL-A and at least 12 months verifiable driving experience.
