Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Rogers, AR
DBS Laredo is on the lookout for experienced Solo CDL A drivers for our dry van fleet in Rogers. We ensure our drivers have consistent freight, competitive compensation, and reliable home time, all while fostering a respectful and supportive atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Transport goods securely and efficiently to their destinations.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate trip records and vehicle maintenance logs.
Qualifications Needed:
- Valid CDL A license with a clean driving history.
- Proven background in dry van driving.
- Commitment to safe driving practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
