Become part of the Kay Agency team as a Dry Van Company Driver. We are in search of experienced drivers ready to travel all 48 states while ensuring steady pay and mileage.

Compensation Details:

• Earn $0.67 cpm as a W-2 driver.
• Average weekly take-home pay of $1500.00 - $1800.00.
• Work with dry van and live loads.
• Receive paychecks weekly through direct deposit.
• Schedule of 3 weeks on the road, followed by 1 week at home.
• Drive 2023 & newer Cascadias, limited to 70 MPH for safety.
• We cover your flight and hotel for necessary road tests and orientation.
• Pet-friendly environment with no extra fees.
• Passengers over 18 years can join you for a $30 weekly charge.
