Home Time: Typically, drivers are out 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, although two-week assignments may occur. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations, reducing dock wait times. 100% no-touch freight primarily consists of automotive loads for efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly, depending on your hiring location, with weekly miles between 2,500 and 2,800. Our base rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for maintaining 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers have the potential to cover up to 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program are also available. After 90 days, drivers qualify for dedicated accounts.
