Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an exciting OTR opportunity with competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on location and freight. We strive to offer weekly home time, although two-week stretches may occur. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and includes vehicles no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, assuming responsibility for secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads utilize 70% drop and hook operations, significantly reducing dock waiting times. Our freight is 100% no-touch, primarily composed of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average weekly earnings range from $1,350, $1,475, to $1,600 based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily focused on routes east of I-35, with the potential for dedicated drivers to reach up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K plan. Dedicated accounts are available after 90 days.
