- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Run nationwide dry van freight from Southaven, MS as an experienced solo OTR CDL-A driver for HMD Trucking. You’ll haul dependable lanes with starting pay at 65 CPM, average weekly miles near 2,500, and incentives for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
Typical duties:
- Safely transport dry van loads across interstate routes and meet delivery schedules.
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate trip records and paperwork.
- Coordinate with dispatch to plan routes, handle load securement, and troubleshoot on the road.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A and minimum 12 months verifiable experience.
- Commitment to safety and professional conduct.
HMD provides trucks under three years old (APUs, inverters, sleepers), in-house maintenance support, biweekly home time, and a full benefits package.
