Home Time: Drivers typically are out for 1-2 weeks, depending on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, though 2-week stretches may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, allowing for a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck comes equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their trucks and trailers home, with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: We operate 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads, with 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Earn between $1,350 and $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with weekly miles ranging from 2,500 to 2,800. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus for achieving 8,000 safe miles.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can expect to drive up to 3,000 miles a week. Our consistent freight lanes provide reliable mileage and income potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts the month after your first 60 days, with vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program available. After 90 days, you'll be eligible for dedicated accounts.
