Home Time:

• Typically out 1-2 weeks, based on location and freight.
• We pursue weekly home time, though some drivers may have 2-week periods.
• Work schedule is Monday through Saturday with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment:

• Our fleet is maintained to the highest standards, featuring vehicles no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
• All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, assuming responsibility for secured parking.

No Touch Freight:

• All dry van loads involve 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting time.
• Enjoy 100% no-touch freight primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles:

• Average earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 weekly based on hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles per week.
• Base pay rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area:

• Primarily east of I-35, with opportunities for dedicated drivers to log up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits:

• Health insurance begins on the first of the month following a 60-day waiting period.
