Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on location and freight. We strive to provide weekly home time, though two-week periods may occur. The schedule runs from Monday to Saturday with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and includes vehicles no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, assuming responsibility for secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads have 70% drop and hook operations, which significantly cuts down on dock waiting times. We operate 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average weekly earnings range from $1,350, $1,475, to $1,600 based on the hiring location, with mileage between 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles in a month.

Running Area: Primarily focused on routes east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to reach up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes provide reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K plan. After 90 days, drivers are eligible for dedicated accounts.
