Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Urbandale, IA
Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an independent contractor position that offers great pay and state-of-the-art equipment? At American Trucking Group, we have 1099 positions available with dry van routes throughout all 48 states, providing ample earning potential. Embrace the freedom of independent contracting with competitive pay and profit-sharing opportunities.
Home Time:
- Spend 3-4 weeks on the road and then enjoy 4-5 days at home, enabling you to achieve extended earning periods while balancing quality family time and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive a modern fleet of 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks, equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts for ultimate comfort during long hauls.
No Touch Freight:
- Carry dry van freight with 100% no-touch freight operations across all 48 states, including routes on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings of $1,600 to $1,800 weekly, with a competitive $0.60 CPM and $50 stop pay. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered, distributed as $150 per week for the first 10 weeks, plus a year-end 10% profit-sharing bonus.
Running Area:
- OTR service covering all 48 states, with a variety of dry van freight options including specialized routes for enhanced earning potential.
Benefits:
- Independent contractor role (1099) with a passenger policy for individuals over 18 at no cost. A pet policy is available with a refundable $500 deposit based on the condition of the truck upon return.
