Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Waukegan, IL
HMD Trucking is hiring experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers for nationwide freight transportation. Our competitive mileage pay starts at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages around 5,000 miles, and bonuses for safe driving, inspections, and referrals.

Requirements:
- Must have a valid CDL A license.
- Minimum of 12 months of driving experience is required.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
