Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Waukegan, IL
HMD Trucking is on the hunt for qualified OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Drivers to move freight across the nation.
What We Provide:
- Strong mileage pay starting at 60 CPM
- Average weekly mileage of around 2,500 miles
- Performance bonuses for safe driving and clean inspections
- Access to modern trucks (less than 3 years old) equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeping quarters
- Dependable in-house maintenance support
- Home every two weeks
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan
If you hold a CDL A license and have a minimum of 12 months of experience, consider HMD Trucking for a rewarding career focused on your success and safety.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
