- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Based in West Haven, CT, join HMD as an OTR solo CDL-A Dry Van driver transporting freight nationwide. This role emphasizes safe, reliable long-haul operations with steady miles.
What you’ll do:
- Operate late-model dry van tractors (under 3 years) featuring APUs, inverters, and sleepers for long-haul comfort.
- Execute on-time deliveries across interstate routes while adhering to safety and compliance standards.
- Perform routine inspections, maintain logs, and submit electronic paperwork accurately.
Requirements & pay:
- CDL-A license and minimum 12 months of verifiable driving experience required.
- Pay begins at 65¢/mile with weekly averages near 2,500 miles and additional bonuses for safety, clean inspections, and referrals.
- Home about every two weeks, supported by in-house maintenance and a full benefits package (health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k)).
