Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
  • No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
  • No more than one accident (last 3 years)
  • No more than 3 job changes per year
  • No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
  • Medical card

Eclectic Logistics leads the trucking industry with innovative lease-purchase opportunities designed for drivers aiming for ownership within a year. You’ll operate modern 2019-2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner dry vans on Texas and regional routes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage timely, safe deliveries across local and regional lanes
  • Collaborate with dispatch for optimized route planning
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
