Flatbed Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs In Crestview, FL
HMD Trucking is hiring skilled OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers to transport freight nationwide. We offer competitive mileage pay starting at $0.65 per mile, along with performance bonuses (+$0.05 CPM for safety/productivity) and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
As part of our team, you'll drive modern trucks from our fleet of over 500 vehicles, equipped with:
- APUs for comfort
- Inverters for convenience
- Spacious sleeper cabs
- Removable rider seats
- Full in-house maintenance support
You will be paid for every haul, whether you tarp or not, enjoy regular home time, and receive a full benefits package that includes:

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
