Requirements

  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
  • 6 months of flatbed experience
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
  • No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

  • Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours

Join HMD Trucking’s Plano, TX hub as an OTR flatbed driver, transporting freight across the U.S.

What to Expect:

  • Load and secure diverse flatbed shipments
  • Perform proper tarping and chain-down
  • Adhere to hours-of-service and safety protocols

Operate high-spec trucks with APUs, sleeper cabs, inverters, and rider seats, all maintained in-house. Benefit from steady freight, regular home time, $0.70/mile base pay plus performance bonuses, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits plan including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
