Requirements
- No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
- No more than one accident (last 3 years)
- No more than 3 job changes per year
- No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
- Medical card
- Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience

- OCC Insurance $70 a week
- 2 weeks out - 3 days off or 3 weeks out - 4 days off
