Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
  • Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
  • No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
  • No more than one accident (last 3 years)
  • No more than 3 job changes per year
  • No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
  • Medical card

  • Fixed Weekly Deductions: $250 Insurance (Liability + Cargo), $60 IRP, $70 OCC/ELD, $5 PrePass, $2,500 security deposit (split over 10 checks, refundable), $1,500 trailer security deposit (split over 10 checks)

Eclectic Logistics invites lease-purchase flatbed drivers to join us in Ames, IA.

With an 80% gross split and weekly earnings of $7,500–$10,000, you’ll work toward truck ownership in 12 months, piloting 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner units.

What You’ll Handle:

  • Loading and securing flatbed freight
  • Pre- and post-trip inspections
  • Accurate logging and compliance
